The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to

Custom made sizes items, which have design alterations, cannot be exchanged or returned, but we guarantee you will love it, and they will fit perfectly.
Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges using the following shipping companies: FEDEX, UPS, DHL, with door-to-door delivery. The package must be sent from the same address with the original order and you must specify the reason for the return on the invoice. For more information please send an email at email@example.com before sending the package.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.
CRISTALLINI reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy, such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy For Purchases Made in the Los Angeles Flagship Store from 8619 W Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, 90069, CA
All sales are final ( no returns are accepted ), however, we gladly accept exchanges for standard sizes items within 14 days of receipt. Items can be exchanged if the seal is attached, the item is still in its original condition, and all original tags and other accessories received with the order.
No exchanges are accepted for custom made items.
