The package must be sent from the same address with the original order and you must specify the reason for the return on the invoice. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed within 3-5 business days after the return is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended.

All sales are final ( no returns are accepted ), however, we gladly accept exchanges for standard sizes items within 14 days of receipt. Items can be exchanged if the seal is attached, the item is still in its original condition, and all original tags and other accessories received with the order.
