Returns & Exchanges Policy
Online Orders:
1. Acceptance Window for Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date the package was delivered.
Importantly, the intent to return or exchange an item must be communicated to us within 48 hours after delivery. This initial notification must adhere to the instructions provided on the return tag attached to the ordered style.
2. Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Signs of Wear: Items showing any signs of wear, including but not limited to deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume scent, or any other marks that indicate use, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. Single Shipment Returns: All items intended for return must be sent back in one shipment. Multiple returns from the same order at different times will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for another product of the same or different value. Contact our customer care team for assistance.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
6.1. Custom made sizes and items with design alterations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6.2. All sale items ordered in standard sizes are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please ensure your selections are made with care, as all sales are considered final.
7. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges: Only specific couriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL) are accepted for returns, with door-to-door delivery. For returns, shipping is extra charge (on customer's expense). For exchanges, shipping is free of charge (on CRISTALLINI's expense).

8. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving and accepting the return.
Purchases Made at the Los Angeles Flagship Store:
1. Final Sales: All sales are final, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for items in their original condition, with the seal and all original tags and accessories.
2. Exclusions: No exchanges for custom-made and sale items.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. Inspection of Returns: CRISTALLINI reserves the right to inspect returned items and refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.
2. Return Authorization: Before sending any items back, customers must contact our customer care team for a return authorization to ensure the return is processed efficiently.
3. Restocking Fee: Items returned that are not in their original condition or are missing tags and packaging may be subject to a restocking fee at CRISTALLINI's discretion.
4. Damage During Shipping: CRISTALLINI is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
5. Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item for exchange is not in stock, customers may choose to wait or select an alternative item.
Future Style Exchange Policy:
Store Credit for Future Exchanges: If a customer is interested in exchanging an item for another style that is not currently available but will be offered in the future, CRISTALLINI is pleased to accommodate this request by holding the amount already paid as store credit. This policy ensures that customers have the flexibility to select items from future collections that better meet their needs or preferences.
Process & Conditions:
1. Eligibility: This option is available for items that are within the return and exchange period and meet all other conditions of our return policy.
2. Requesting a Future Exchange: Customers wishing to opt for an exchange with a future style must contact our customer care team to initiate the process. The customer care team will guide the customer through the steps required to secure their store credit.
3. Store Credit Validity: The store credit will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Customers can use this credit towards any future purchase on Cristallini.com.
4. Store Credit Use: When the desired style becomes available, customers can use their store credit to complete the exchange. If the new item is of greater value than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, the remaining balance will remain as store credit under the customer's account.
5. Non-Refundable: The store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is solely intended for use on Cristallini.com for the purchase of merchandise.
