RETURN OF PRODUCTS
1. In accordance with GEO 34/2014 you have the possibility to return any standard size product within 14 consecutive calendar days from receipt, without penalty and without giving any reason (before making the return you must fill in the form: Return Form). The only cost you will have to bear is the shipping fee for returning the parcel. The return of the parcel can be made only by Fedex, TNT, UPS, with door-do-door delivery, not by POST OFFICE.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging. In case of return of the product in another packaging than the one in which the product was delivered, the return will be accepted if the product does not show signs of wear and tear, is not damaged, has all labels attached and is complete.
3. In order for CRISTALLINI BOUTIQUE to refund the value of the returned product, it is necessary for you to provide us with the correct bank account number (IBAN) in which we will refund the amount of the returned product.
4. We will refund the value of the returned product within a maximum of 14 consecutive calendar days from the moment your return arrives at our office in 7 Aleea Alexandru Street, district 1, Bucharest, Romania. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
5. If you paid for the product online by credit card, we will refund the amount of the returned product to the same bank account from which you made the payment.
6. The return can be refused by CRISTALLINI BOUTIQUE in the following situations:
6.1. If the product has been made to the customer's measurements, it cannot be returned.
6.2. If the return request exceeds the 14 consecutive calendar days period provided for in art 1.
6.3. If a product is returned that is not in the same condition as it was delivered, i.e. with all labels intact together with all documents that accompanied the returned product(s).
6.4. The following products will not be accepted for return:
- The product or packaging identification labels or the return label are damaged or missing;
- Products showing signs of wear, washed or smelling of perfume.
7. If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid and the parcel will be sent back to the BUYER who will also bear the costs of return.
8. Returns of defective products
If you consider that the product is not in conformity with the Contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately by telephone on (+4) 0723.551.771 or by email at email@example.com and provide details of the product and the damage it presents.
As soon as we receive the returned product, we will analyse it in full and inform you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) by email within a reasonable period of time. The refund or replacement will take place as soon as possible, without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 consecutive calendar days from the date we confirmed to you by email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement for the non-conforming product.
In the event that the products are defective in any way, we will refund you the full amount.
